Visualise is committed to providing high quality services.
Visualise will ensure that all staff have received training relating to the particular needs of and provision for any individual service user. Furthermore, Visualise undertakes to provide on-going development and training for staff in an attempt to ensure the highest possible standards of provision and care for service users.
In line with the regulation and inspection of the services Visualise provide, our approach to Quality Assurance will be guided by relevant National Care Standards and the Quality Themes and Statements as set out by the Care Inspectorate.
You can view previous inspection reports going back as far as 2005 by clicking on links below.
If you or a family member have used Visualise services or you have experience of the organisation in other ways, we would be interested to hear your views about the services we offer. Please follow the link to our Questionnaire if you would like to provide feedback in this way.

In line with our statement of Basis & Values, our aim is to adopt a personalised approach to all aspects of the provision and operation of our services including our approach to quality assurance. We will clearly identify opportunities for service users and carers to become involved in the development and evaluation of services and will outline how this will happen in practice in our associated Participation Strategy.
