Team Leader | 37.5 hours per week | £22257 per annum
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that support workers are effectively guided and supported to ensure that people who use our services are provided with the highest quality of care. You will manage a minimum of 2 services and line manage up to 20 support workers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that policies, procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements are followed and that health and safety standards are maintained. Working with others in the management team, you will ensure that staff are trained, supported and developed, and that adequate staffing levels are maintained across all services. You will be required to take part in the on-call system as per the rota. You will also be required to maintain appropriate records and comply with internal and external monitoring. You will be required to register with SSSC.

Finance Officer | 25 hours per week | £19317 per annum, pro rata
We are looking to recruit a Finance Officer to provide an organised, effective and efficient finance function, providing general finance and admin support to the senior management team within Visualise Scotland. Working within our Head Office at Norton Park in Edinburgh alongside the senior management team, the administrator and the management accountant, you will assist in the delivery of a full and sustainable finance service for the organisation.

Support Worker | 37.5 hours per week | £17544-£19857 per annum (qualification depdendent)
Due to service expansion, we are recruiting for full time, part time and relief workers for our Housing Support, Care at Home, and Day Services . In exchange for your motivation, commitment and care, we pay £9.00-£10.18 per hour (dependent on qualification level) and provide excellent training and development opportunities.
We are seeking people with inclusive and caring values to support amazing yet vulnerable people. Experience of working with people with disabilities is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
