Visualise are delighted to announce the launching of their new pioneering Outreach Service on 7 September 1998. This is a day care service for multi disabled visually impaired adults which incorporates the following three general aims:
- Encouraging independence
- Continuing learning and stimulation
- Community integration
The
underlying principle
governing the above aims is to guarantee the dignity
and quality of life of each client.
The Outreach Service is based at Norton Park.
Visualise are pleased to inform you that they have appointed John Keenan as their full time Development Manager.
John has been Secretary of Visualise for over 10 years and in his new role he will be responsible for co-ordinating all Visualise services, together with the planning and development of new much needed services for multi disabled visually impaired children and adults throughout Scotland. He will be based at Norton Park.
